The Official Shop of the PWHL is committed to fan satisfaction; if you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may return or exchange unworn and unwashed merchandise within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid shipping label, which will be sent to your email address immediately upon completion.

• 3.
  Package Your Gear

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached, and affix the return shipping label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once our warehouse receives and inspects the items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days.
